The same platform in every model

Whichever model you choose, your users log in the same way: through TSplus Remote Access with two-factor authentication, from a browser or a remote desktop client. The Windows desktops, the security set-up and support from our team in Piteå are the same too.

You can combine Business, Business Premium (GPU) and RemoteApp users within one model. Managed is a good place for a pilot, and Private vDC is our most common choice for production.

Questions about hosting and security

How do our users connect?
<p>Through a web browser or a remote desktop client, with two-factor authentication. Every session runs through TSplus Remote Access with TSplus Advanced Security.</p>
Where is our data stored?
<p>With Managed, on the Cloud Desktop platform in Piteå, Sweden. With Private vDC, in your own virtual data centre in Piteå or with Cloudist in Sweden. With On-prem, on your own hardware at your premises.</p>
Is Microsoft 365 included?
<p>No. Microsoft 365, Excel and your other business licences stay with you. OnlyOffice, eM Client, Microsoft Edge and Firefox are included in the user licence.</p>
Can our own IT partner work with you?
<p>Yes. Your IT keeps responsibility for your PCs, local network and your side of the VPN. With Private vDC, your IT team can also get access to the vDC if you want.</p>
